Kadine Stamps takes pride in its service and continually seeks to provide its clients with the best. Here are comments from some of our many customers.

Kadine Stamps is a family business managed by John Kilpatrick and his wife Patty. Based in New Plymouth, Taranaki, which is on the West Coast on the North Island of New Zealand, half way between Auckland and Wellington.

John, himself a long-time collector of high standards, manages the shop and general sales, while Patty looks after the mail order side of the business. John and Patty's commitment to their customers can be summed up:-

John - I enjoy the challenge of running our own business, and have collected stamps most of my life. I have been a serious collector of Fiji stamps and postal history, and exhibited in several International Exhibitions. After graduating as an accountant I worked in the corporate area for several years before deciding to become a full time Stamp Dealer. When not working in stamps, I enjoy squash and swimming.

Patty - I look after the mail order and Ebay dispatch part of the business and enjoy the customer contact, often building up friendships over the years. I graduated with a BSC in Zoology from Otago University (Dunedin) and like running our small farmlet, and spoiling our pets - a Samoyed dog, cat, goat, alpaca and calves. I also enjoy gardening, playing tennis, hiking, and working out at the gym. I like learning about other cultures and visited Nepal several years ago, which was a great experience.

Sheryll - I have been working at Kadine Stamps since 2000. I come from a family of 6 children (4 brothers and 1 sister), and have many nephews and nieces. I am a cat fanatic and like collecting most cat things i.e. cat ornaments. My other interests include roller-skating and handcrafts. I am a stamp collector myself, starting when I was young, and now collect New Zealand, Cats and Skating stamps for enjoyment. I am currently Secretary of the local Philatelic Society (stamp club).

Sarah - I have been working for Kadine Stamps since June 2006. I am responsible for dealing with our ‘Trademe’ activities, preparing and despatching items from our weekly specials email list, and general office administration. I come from a large Polish family, but have lived in Taranaki for most of my life. I enjoy spending time with my friends, eating out and doing various outdoor activities. I enjoy learning about history, economics and have a strong interest in the beauty industry.
