Kadine Stamps is a family business managed by John Kilpatrick and his wife Patty. Based in New Plymouth, Taranaki, which is on the West Coast on the North Island of New Zealand, half way between Auckland and Wellington.

John, himself a long-time collector of high standards, manages the shop and general sales, while Patty looks after the mail order side of the business. John and Patty's commitment to their customers can be summed up:-

Kadine Stamps has full-time and part-time staff members:

Patty - I look after eBay invoicing and dispatching eBay items as well as some other Administrative functions. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my pets, gardening and playing tennis. I also enjoy reading. My other main hobby is collecting Rupert Bear books and collectables.

Sheryll - I commenced working full-time at Kadine Stamps in 2000 however since health problems in 2010 I have been working part-time listing ebay’s from home. I have four brothers and one sister, lots of nieces and nephews plus four great nieces. I am a cat fanatic and enjoy collecting cat ornaments etc. My other interests include roller-skating, handcrafts and collecting stamps, especially Cats and Skating ones.

John A - I’ve been with Kadine Stamps since February 2009. My previous occupations have been as a Land Valuer, and then 21 years as a Dairy Farmer. My job here entails sorting and describing items for weekly sales and ebay. I also do stock maintenance and help fill mail orders. I have collected/accumulated stamps from an early age, and still maintain collections of New Zealand, Russia and the Baltic States. My other interests include pottery and keeping in touch with an expanding number of grandchildren.

Barry - My wife and I came to New Zealand from England in 1974. I had a job to teach at New Plymouth Girls High School in the Science Department. After taking early retirement from High School teaching, I have worked part-time at Kadine Stamps for the last eight years. My job here entails sorting and describing items for weekly sales and ebay. I have been a stamp collector on and off since childhood. My other interests include coin collecting and wood turning, particularly making traditional lace bobbins.

Shanice - I began working at Kadine Stamps in February 2011 and mainly deal with the Trade Me sales, Weekly Specials list sales and Website orders. Most weekends I will be found somewhere over the North island of New Zealand competing in dog agility with my 2 Border Collies & Jack Russell. I am also in the process of attaining my Private Pilots Licence.

Al - I have been working for Kadine Stamps since 2006 from home doing scanning and data entry. Interests are crafts and spending time with my two kids and husband.
